Sales Portal User Guide: Delivery Schedule
Viewing the Delivery Schedule
The Delivery Schedule in the Sales Portal displays sales orders that are ready for delivery.
To view the delivery schedule:
- Go to the Delivery section.
- Click on the "Schedule" tab.
Managing Delivery Schedule
In the Delivery Schedule:
- View details of sales orders ready for delivery, including customer information, delivery date, and status.
- Update delivery status and add notes as needed.

This event is a collection from either Branch or Customer
🚚 Travel
This even is regarding travel time for the driver
Status
🔒 Locked
Allocated but not picked from yard
🕑 Accepted
Driver has accepted the job
📝 Allocated
Driver has picked and assigned to truck
🚛 Driving
Driver is on the way to the customer
✅ Completed
Driver has completed the job
